ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
work with various stakeholders to ensure resource availability and allocation to focus on the project
set up a project communication plan for team members, steering committee, stakeholders etc. and executes it effectively
manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs via effective change management processes, and escalates promptly as needed for changes beyond control.
develop a detailed project plan to track progress
measure project performance and report progress regularly
ensure timely report and escalation to management for important and key issues needing attention or that may potentially derail project in terms of quality, cost or timeline
manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
perform risk management to minimize project risks
establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process flowcharts etc.
plan transition including controlled hand-over into support and maintenance
ensure standard it processes are being followed throughout project
