- issuing hr operational documents (e.g. contracts of employment, employment related letters)
- work closely with hr bp to provide hr service to the displine
- entering and maintaining the data in hr systems
- providing support to benefits management processes
- working closely with other hr members to ensure continuous and timely support to our employees
- supporting the onboarding program for new employees
- supporting ongoing hr projects and other activities.qualifications
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- excellent english
- strong knowledge of microsoft office applications (excel, word, powerpoint)
- attention to details and organizational skills
- very good communication skills
- ability to work in fast paced, constantly evolving, team environment.
- experience with hr databases will be an advantage.
