职位描述：
作为运营设计，你需要：
1、以产品为对象，熟知产品功能及优势，通过良好的视觉表现，增加品牌感染力；
2、独立完成平面及视频的创意，设计，制作等工作，负责活动宣传品的视觉输出；
3、参与产品相关的所有创意策略的研讨和制定；
4、拥有良好的设计感觉和大胆的设计思想，与整个团队配合，共同提升活动影响力，增加活动推广效果；
5、其他相关美术设计方面的工作。
我们需要你：

职位要求：
1、大专以上学历，1年及以上运营设计、广告设计或平面设计经验；
2、良好的审美能力和产品认知，对设计趋势有较强的敏感度，具备开阔的眼界；
3、精通photoshop/illustrator/flash/ae等设计软件；
4、认真负责，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，如有创意，热爱设计；
5、有app运营设计经验，熟悉h5页面设计优先；
6、有一定数量体现自身专业水准的作品，有视频作品的优先。
