职责描述：
• responsible for the effective implementation of the control plan and related operation standard;负责控制计划及相关作业标准的有效实施；
• responsible for product audit plan and implementation process;负责产品审核计划及实施过程；
• support in preparing for and executing internal, external and customer audits and preventive action for quality issue or internal & external audit findings;协助准备和执行内外部客户审核，并对内外部审核发现的相关问题制定纠正预防措施；
• the quality of the production process data, and carries on the analysis, put forward the improvement action;统计生产过程的质量数据，并进行分析，提出改善行动
• lend and push the 8d team to solve the internal and customer quality problem;主导和推动8d团队解决内部和客户处质量问题；
• responsible for understanding customer requirements, and implementation of the internal organization, establish good communication with customers;负责了解客户的要求，并在内部组织实施，与客户建立良好沟通；
• other specific jobs which assigned by supervisor.上级领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
• bachelor’s degree of mechanical or material related discipline大学本科,机械或材料相关专业
• more than 5 years experiences in automotive quality management有5年以上汽车行业质量管理经验
• familiar with welding process/ stamping components熟悉焊接工艺、冲压零件
• good communication skills and team work良好的沟通和团队合作
• skillful of problem analyzing such as 8d,5why,fishbone, etc.熟练的问题分析能力，如8d，5why，鱼骨图等等
• proficient the quality management tools such as apqp, ppap, fmea, spc and msa熟悉质量管理工具，如apqp，ppap，fmea，spc，msa
• proficient iatf16949 knowledge熟悉iatf16949 知识
• miliar with exhaust system production is a plus熟悉排气系统产品者优先
