职位描述
? Provides internal and external technical support in the development and application of products, processing techniques, and resolution of problems. ? Under general direction, solves a variety of moderately complex problems. ? Supports sales by demonstrating technical applications knowledge of the product and/or technical solutions at the customer. ? Troubleshoot service, perform failure analysis and determine root cause/corrective action.? Trains and educates customer on end-use applications. May assist in training sales force, distributors, customers and other internal clients. ? Develop product data, applications, value-in-use information, product literature and sales presentations.
