Responsibilities：1.负责在项目阶段建立装配线.实现产品工程设计和流程图；Responsible for establishment of assembly process during the development of new project. Work out the production engineering design and flow chart; 2.负责焊接工装，特殊机器，相关夹具的设置。建立标准的装配的节拍。Responsible the induction of welding tools, special machine, relevant jigs. Establish the standard assembly cycle time. 3.负责装配机器和焊接机器的产能制定，计算，及问题解决。Responsible the capacity of assembly machine and welding machine, calculate the capacity and find out correspond solutions.4.从生产和客户角度分析并解决产品缺陷，提升并优化装配线的生产效率，培训生产工人。Analyze and solve the defects of product in domain of manufacturing and customer. Carry out the improvement and optimization on assembly process to enhance productivity, train the production department.5. 负责工厂SAP系统的主数据的录入和维护Responsible the key-in and maintenance of main data about SAP system in plant.Requirements:1.good communication ability良好的沟通能力2.Mechanical or electrical majors are preferred机械或电气类专业优先考虑3.Can use Auto-CAD 能使用Auto-CAD4.Good English communication skill良好的英语沟通能力5.bachelor degree or above本科及以上学历 职能类别：储备干部
