工作职责:Main Purpose and Job ScopeWechat platform becomes critical in Starbucks digital eco-system. After Starbucks launched Wechat social gifting mini-program with digital card/beverage coupon business in 2017 and Starbucks SR member mini program with delivery business in 2020, Wechat community joined Starbucks private domain and become one of the most important media vehicle of this brand. Stepping into new chapter of high refinement operation of wechat platform, we are seeking an assitant digital manager to elevate and optimize communication and engagement of the Starbucks Community as well as Social Gifting in Starbucks wechat domain.Key AccountabilitiesThis is a fresh role mixed marketing and operation. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Wechat Community Operation◆ Own Starbucks wechat community calendar and take charge of daily operation including content push, community activation routine,customer engagement and store community on/off shiftment as well as store type transformation.◆ Design and implement unique online experience through community campaign
