职位描述
Take charge of full life cycle of assigned positions’ recruiting independently.
Communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status.
Build pipeline of existing positions and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts, establish/maintain talent pool.
Effectively use recruiting tools/systems to manage the complete recruiting process.
Support talent acquisition projects, e.g. ramp up project, talent market intelligence, talent mapping, etc.
