Job Summary:
The Chief Editor will be responsible for managing several priority TA’s online content production and operation across the online content whole lifecycle, thus creating exceptional content experiences to meet not only external HCP and patient’s needs, but also satisfy internal user’s expectation.
Success will be met through exceptionally close coordination and partnership within Customer Innovation, with Business Units, Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Channel Enablement Team, Digital, Compliance, etc.
Responsibilities:
Work closely within Customer Innovation with BU Digital Leads, Patient Leads and MKT, understand companywide and BU-level innovative GTM strategies, and content strategy for designated TA.
Develop best fit HCP-facing online content plan based on business objectives and content strategy to provide exceptional medical content experience, thus making every touch point with HCP count.
Develop patient-facing online content plan based on patient solution’s objective and content strategy to provide best contest experience to fulfill patient’s needs.
Continuously understand reader insights and adjust content plan accordingly, ensure the agile content delivery best match with reader’s needs
