Senior Safety Controller（高级）安全监理岗位职责  Coordinate and conduct training program to KEP staff and contractors协调和实施对KEP员工和承包商的培训计划  Inspect and audit contractors safety performance according to contractor HSE management plan, MMG HSE standard and local regulations根据承包商HSE管理计划、MMG HSE标准和当地法规，检查和审核承包商的安全表现  Identify, evaluate and control of construction related risk施工相关风险的识别、评估和控制  Coordinate and investigate incident, and follow up the corrective action协调和调查事故，并跟踪纠正措施  Coordinate obtaining work related permits according to MMG standard根据MMG标准协调获得工作相关许可  Liaison with HSE dept, training Dept , contractors and others for HSE matters与HSE部门、培训部门、承包商及其他相关部门保持联系  Provide technical support to the other team such as engineers, construction, procurement
