概述:
Responsible for process creation, maintenance and control/负责生产工艺的创建维护和控
制；
Ensure the required product quality/ 确保产品质量；
Contribute productivity including minimize excess cost / 致力于生产效率的提高，包括不
断减少额外成本。

Areas ofResponsibilties
职责范围:
Design reasonable welding and heat treatment process base on existing equipment, product
charactistics…, create working instruction, design fixture to ensure product quality; / 根据公
司的热处理及焊接工艺装备、产品特点等要求采用合理的热处理、焊接工艺、工装和
设备，制定合理的工艺，编制工艺文件和工装设计，满足产品质量要求；
Responsible to realize the design and develop outputs in production, including creating.
operation specification, validation and verification of production process, etc. / 负责将产品
设计或优化变更转移至生产过程，并负责验证和确认等相关过程；
Analysis defective parts and troubleshooting for failures in production line, report and
actions follow up / 负责分析不合格品以及处理和报告；
Set up and implement process control /建立过程控制程序；
Optimize the process to obtain high quality for products, and ensure the on-time delivery, as
well. /优化流程以确保产品质量和发货需求；
Improve process cability from cost and productivity aspects. / 从成本和生产率方面提高工
艺的可操作性；
Continual monitoring the critical parameters to ensure the production quality is stable /持续
监控关键参数以确保产品质量稳定；
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/经理指定的其他任务；

1. More than 3 years production in welding and process engineering experience, with good process trouble
shooting
