职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
●Support HRBP team on the whole cycle of recruiting, incl. job posting, CV screening, phone screening, face to face interview arrangement and on boarding process supporting.
●Manage recruiting channels and maintain recruiting system.
●Support on HR Marketing, e.g. Job Fair and campus recruitment.
●Support on HR programs such as talent development.
●Writing report and data analysis.
●Assist HRBP team on other assigned work.
Qualification and Experience:
●Undergraduate students or postgraduate students in universities.
●Good communication and strong working motivation.
●Excellent language skills in English (written and oral).
●Good MS offices.
●Experience in HR related internship will be preferred.
