As an Online Visual Merchandiser within the COS China team based in Shanghai, you will be a highly motivated and organised individual, with a strong understanding of the COS aesthetic and an excellent eye for detail. It is essential that you demonstrate commerciality and a strong fashion sense in order to maximize sales online, relevant to the local market.
What you will do:
•Visual merchandising the product and content on COS EC channel, the OVM responsible for Visual merchandising and administrating the shop section of the website, responsible for ensuring commercial, relevant and visually strong product presentation.
•Take action on sales – daily VM update according to stock level and key pushes. Ensuring that products are merchandised according to categorisation and customer behaviour to engage and inspire the customer to shop.
•Ensure that the COS China e-commerce platform stays in line with COS aesthetics, visually balance the collection of products based on commerciality, branding and seasonal trends. Manage the consistent brand content and marketing activities in all EC channels by leveraging assets and storytelling content.
•Analyze weekly/monthly sales results and responsible for OVM report. Constantly improving the analysis methodology and improve efficiency.
•Work proactively and bring new ideas to constantly improve the digital experience. Responsible for site optimization projects include AB tests, UIUX and function developments.
•Manage Ecommerce operation agency to deliver OVM strategy on time with high accuracy.
•Collaborate with the local merchandising team to follow up weekly selling and make appropriate actions. Provide expertise on local market performance and customer purchasing behaviors.
•Work with both global digital experience team and local marketing teams to suggest product content for all digital channels by adhering to the brief, creative brand guidelines and using an understanding of the collection to ensure all business goals are met.
About you:
•3 - 5 years experience in a E-commercial environment. Preferably working in Brand’s EC team or with big marketplaces such as Tmall, JD, VIP, etc.
•Can work in different software systems and has good knowledge of Office software. With experience of merchandise and content management systems.
•Commercial
