1. 进行刀具成本分析，并开展持续改进 Tooling cost analysis and continuous improvement
2.针对现场刀具问题进行分析解决 Analyze and solve on-site tooling problems
3.刀具图纸及标准流程作业的制定管理 Development and management of tooling drawings and standard process operations
4.刀具变更管理 Tooling change management
5.新项目刀具设计管理 New Project Tooling Design Management
能力要求:
1.刀具方面的分析和解决问题的能力 Analytical and problem solving skills with regards to tooling
2.阅读和理解技术图纸 Reading and understanding technical drawings
3.刀具的测量调整 tooling setting up， adjust，measure
4.刀具设计 Tooling Design
附加要求:
有刀具制造经验或者刀具管理经验 Toolmaker experience,or tooling management experience
