职位描述
Responsible for internal and external communications and events relating to SSME, in a bid to effectively enhance our company’s culture and attractiveness to talents, promote our products and services to our internal and external customers, meanwhile being as the interface of SSME to handle the external customers and partners.
1. Coordinate outbound communications between SSME and SHL, such as new product promotion, customer event, exhibition, etc.
2. Lead internal communication activities to enhance company culture and employee motivation, including employee communication (Intranet, management emails, posters, videos, etc), employee events (annual party, family day, sports activities, etc), company events (townhall meeting, kickoff meeting, innovation day, etc), working area decoration, etc.
3. Responsible for customer driven business orientation, focusing on business activities to achieve a lifelong win-win customer partnership. Such as handling factory tour, organizing customer workshop, etc.
4. Other communication topics as assigned by management.
Requirements:
More than 10 years
Long-time experiences of marketing communications, especial internal communication will be big plus.
Bachelor degree and above
