Mission:- Developing a high fidelity model of all processes as a first step in
designing the new factory that operates with highest capacity and quality. This
model will identify areas for improvement, and ensure that the products will be
delivered in the shortest time.- As well as conduct production time study and
manufacturing lean implementation
Responsibilities:- Structure production devices’ 3D models and maintain the
functional elements of production devices in Teamcenter platform, 3D planning
for factory layout.- Develop discrete event simulation models for various parts
of the manufacturing and assembly line – PCBA, subsystem assembly, computer,
and cabinet for factory material flow, production bottleneck
