Responsibilities: 1. Interact with development, marketing, customers, and partners to understand product requirements, use cases and test objectives. 2. Ability to understand and translate business requirements and use cases into testable requirements. 3. Design test plans and test cases by translating product requirements, including feature, integration, performance, deployment, regression and solution tests. 4. Create test automation as needed for feature, integration, performance, and solution test case. 5. Execute tests, log and report defects to stakeholders, reproduce defects and verify fixes. 6. Project management and status update. 7. Keep himself/ herself up-to-date on the overview of the development technology, the popular testing tools (e.g. automated testing tools and test management systems) and the overview of the business domain. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in EE, Marketing or Industrial design. 2. Relevant work experience in development, product management or testing role. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Open-minded and willing to take any challenge. 5. Ability to learn new technology quickly and apply it to work tasks. 6. Excellent English communication skills (both in written and verbal). 7. Be flexible, independent and self-motivated.
