职位描述
The Key Account Manager is in charge of the overall account management of the nominated key client(s), coordinating with warehouse management and operation team to provide satisfied customer services to the client(s). He/she will also be responsible for the service KPIs and exceptions. On top of the account management, the Account Manager assists Account Director to expand sales with existing or new client.
This position will have access to a range of confidential information and so will require the personal characteristics of discretion and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Have a clear understanding of the company’s policies and vision and how the Account Team contributes to these.
Be responsible for the overall performance of the account including both operational and financial result.
Oversea account operations including vendor coordination, online booking, delivery, storage, pick and pack, container loading, carrier bookings, documentation and exceptions management of the above by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
