Job Title: TMPA ｜ Assembly Planning E-drive ZSB
Division/Department: Planning
Location: Tianjin
Your Responsibilities:
1. Planning of equipment and processes for serial production for new e-drives
(Final Assembly)
2. Define equipment together with the operation departments and according to
VW standards
3. Evaluate the analyze of process requirement, formulate technical
requirements for creating the specifications of production lines
4. Compare the system technology of potential suppliers by considering the
essential technical requirements and their degree of fulfillment
5. Analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the respective technical
concepts (e.g. cost analysis of investments and running costs, ease of
maintenance, qualitative aspects, etc.)
6. Close communication with production, maintenance, quality department to
solve the OPL until handover
7. Evaluation of the analyzed result and identify the most suitable solution
for the target application
8. Organization and coordination of project related as well as planning
department related workshops
Your Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor or master’s degree in
Electrical/Mechanical/Automation/Industrial/automobile engineering, or a
comparable degree
* English or German proficient
* 3 years work experience in E-Drive planning field
* In Depth understanding of assembly processes and their industrialization
for high volume production
* Well-developed communication
