Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the execution of Prof. Ed's courses and programs with assessment and data collection completion. Provide feedback and suggestions to related stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
2. Based on the type of Prof. Ed, define the proper assessment tools for training effectiveness and develop related tools.
3. Manage JJSV training center, including facilities and training device maintenance.
4. Explore and adopt innovative training technology models to improve training effectiveness and efficiency continuously.
5. Faculty development and management
6. Build JJSV Prof. Ed branding
7. Partner with legal and HCC officers to ensure healthcare compliance
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. A minimum of 3 years of healthcare industry experience
3. English is the working language
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. KOL Management experience, project management, and communications.
