职位描述
1.Assist the branch in day-to-day communication and follow up with administrative tasks such as meeting, travel schedule and general enquiries of process and policy;
2.Assist the branch manager to monitor the outcome and KPI of sales team. Coordinate with training projects to improve the competencies of sale team.
3.Oversee onboarding and offboarding process on both branch and broker levels, including processing and reporting, to ensure all tasks are completed timely and accurately;
4.Make proactive phone calls to branch network to increase engagement level, such as welcome call, check-in call, trouble-shooting call and exit call;
5.Oversee lease agreement, move-in and move-out for the entire branch network;
6.Proactively communicate with branch managers to create safer, heathier work environment and consistent branding for branch network;
7.Manage milestone and celebration for brokers, branches and business partners to create an inclusive cultural environment for Award Mortgage.
Requirements:
1.1-2 years’ experience in sales or operational support role;
2.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
3.Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
5.Working knowledge of Salesforce or any database system is highly regarded;
6.Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
7.AUS home loan knowledge and relevant experience is preferred.
