Major Responsibilities

? Realization of IT requirements for applications used by the Joint Venture in the field of Quality management Accountable to accomplish the aims of IT projects according to time and budget
? Conduct IT project teams (incl. involved suppliers) to achieve the project target and ensure the qualified project deliverables
? Plan of the content and the schedule of the SW releases in cooperation with the IT department of BMW in Germany
? Develop, improve and implement of methods and processes together with the business process partners
? Local Quality application maintenace build-up and conduct stable Quality application maintenance
? Local maintenance responsibility for Quality relevant IT Applications (verify requirements, support testing and release..) by cooperation with BMW maintenance managers

Knowledge / Skills /Competences
? Deeply know how project running as Project lead and ITO/Quality related knowledge
? Deeply know how on application maintenance as Maintenance Manager
? Strong presentation and communication skills (MS Excel, MS Project, MS Powerpoint)
? Very good English skills in written and spoken (preferably basic German skills)
? Deeply know how on Agile
? Deeply know how on IT service management
? Familiar with ITIL
? Full of Intercultural competence

Experience
? Experience in IT technologies in automotive industry Knowhow and business process understanding in product quality management
? Experience in project management and steering
? Knowhow in engineering change management
? Knowhow in Agile experience
