职位描述
岗位职责:
1. For specific functional areas, deliver step change in operational performance (cost, service levels, and customer satisfaction) through identification and successful initiation of new process improvement initiatives aligned with local/regional transformation initiatives.
2. Act as trusted advisor to customers and ensure commercially based decisions are taken on prioritizing and optimizing the project portfolio.
3. Work with the businesses and delivery partner to develop objective, quantitative recommendations that are driven by ROI to deliver benefit to the overall enterprise, and not only to a single operating silo.
4. Identify and recommend innovative solutions that are infused with emerging improvement trends and solutions while tempered with common sense.
5. Working across regional and local teams to ensure commonality of understanding and objectives.
6. Revisit projects post deployment on regular basis to validate business.

2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience of reporting and governance in a large programme.
3. Structured worker with ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and quickly understand requirements and produce quality results first time.
4. Experience of building strong relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
5. Self-motivated, creative thinker, enthusiastic who cultivates a culture of collaboration.
6. Experience of working effectively in a matrix organization with a diverse mix of styles and cultures.
7. Good English enabling good written
