Job Summary: As part of Budweiser Capability Center growth strategy, we are fully committed to drive business grow through guaranteed NSO in BU Korea. We currently seeking a NSO SME to join us, reporting directly to NSO Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a Leading FMCG Company but also experience the entrepreneurship spirit. The primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited to) assisting LM to successfully complete migration of transportation project and design NSO procedures and improving productivity through BCC process optimization, automatic tool, and other system method • Manage Wholesaler Information for Sales Activity • Manage Customer Master • Manage Vendor Master • Reconcile Expense Claimed via DAG system and Manage Budget • Create Journal Entry for OBC Vehicle Transport Fee • Create Journal Entry for Distribution Center Operation Expenses • Perform Registration of Liquor Vehicle Permission • Perform Registration of W/S Vehicle into Internal system • Draft equipment order creation and change via SAP • Generate AR Balance Confirmation Letter • Project support under team leader’s requirement • Communicating with all related parties to solve task related issues to proceed • Other tasks assigned by team leader Qualifications Education • Bachelor’s degree or above required • Logistics, business administration or related disciplines preferred Experience/Technical competencies • Native Korean and intermediate English • 1~3 years customer service/ order management/ logistics/ forwarding/sales experience required • Must accept flexible holidays resulted from holiday difference between CN and KR • ERP or SAP experience • Proactive and outgoing • Keen on the service level • Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented mindset • Able to thrive in a high stress environment • Passionate, Enthusiastic, Influencing EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Budweiser China is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to workplace diversity and non-discrimination.
