Job description:
1.Working out the basic conditions for the area of responsibility.
2.Enforcing the measures including analyzing, evaluating and advocating alternative solutions.
3.Coordination of documents for technical and economic assessment and justification of investments.
4.Tracking of processes in the course of detailed planning using planning analysis (MTM).
5.Coordination and optimization of processes, taking into account economic efficiency and ergonomics, including innovative ones technical and organizational solutions.
6.Coordination of the selected solution with planning, the operator and other areas involved
7.Implementation of coordinated processes, concepts or optimizations.
8.Initiate orders and purchase orders.
9.Preparation of all documents for requests for quotations.
10.Development and creation of specifications.
11.Coordination with purchasing and procurement on equipment or container requirements.
12.Considering economic benchmarks and defining the requirements of solution providers.
13.Check offers with responsibility for function, technology and economic aspects.
14.Tracking of delivery and planning of erection and commissioning.
15.Contract compliance tracking, remediation, acceptance and billing.
16.Implementation of problem solutions in alternatives, taking into account the framework conditions (infrastructure, information flow, Economics, …).
17.Collecting or obtaining information, evaluating the impact on the area of activity and implementing the resulting measures.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor or above degree, major in logistics, mechanical engineering.
2.Communication and organization ability, problem solving.
3.5 years or above in automotive or logistics business.
4.Fluent in German or English.
5.IT knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, VISIO and CAD.
