How you will do it
* Handle RTR related activities for business
* Identify, manage, and resolve customer issues as they arise in a timely and
efficient manner
* Monitor accounts RTR activities, identifying, resolving, or escalating
issues to the senior manager when necessary
* Ensure compliance with JCI accounting policies, procedures, and processes
* Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the
accounts RTR function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work
routine
What we look for
* Over than 3 years RTR Experiences
* Accounting related degree
* Reading and writing in English, speaking is plus
* Project lead experience
* Good Communication skill
