Job Description o Responsible for all projects from sourcing, underwriting, closing through to asset management (including construction, cost control, capex, re-position, leasing and property management) and exit. o Lead the portfolio management team to formulate and implement investment strategies. o Oversee the management of investment portfolios, guaranteeing optimal asset allocation, risk management, and performance evaluation. o Lead investment in evaluating target asset assumptions and strategies, as well as the due diligence process. o Devise the leasing plan and annual business plan for assets and asset portfolios. o Guide the AM team to attain the leasing and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) of assets. o Monitor and update regular reports on asset performance and status. o Provide both regular and on-demand reports on asset performance and status to the internal management team and fund investors. o Lead and manage an efficient and professional team, cultivate and develop highly potential team members. o Finish other tasks assigned by the management team. Experience, Qualifications and Competencies o Bachelor and above degree, with 10 years of portfolio management experiences, with 5 years of management/head position. o Good knowledge of the real estate market and knowledge for both investment and finance. o Strong relationships and connections with agents, local authorities, other major players, and various networks in the market. o Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, good team player and team leader to facilitate team moral and team performance. o Good command of both spoken and written in English a plus.
