Job Description
1. 实现季度及年度销售目标
1. Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
2. 跟进分部项目落地全过程
2. Follow up the whole course of projects at branch level
3. 建立并维系开发商及经销商良好的客情关系
3. Establish and maintain the relationship with developers and third parties
4. 跟踪并完成合同流程,确保开发商按时支付货款
4. Track and fulfill the contracting process, and ensure the punctual payment from developers
5. 协助经销商为开发商提供优质的服务
5. Support third parties to provide superior service to developers
专业资质要求
Professional Requirements
1.本科及以上学历
2.相关建材市场/项目渠道销售经验,家电、洁具、日暖等行业建材经验优先
3.优良的沟通能力和谈判技巧, 以结果为导向,有较强的责任心及抗压能力
4.熟练使用办公软件(excel、PPT等)
