职位描述
Core Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for promoting the company's corporate culture and rules and regulations in BU HQ, monitoring and implementing relevant HR system;
2. According to the company's strategic objectives and HR department's HR budget coordination requirements, complete the human resource planning of BU HQ, daily implementation and monitoring of human budget, and corresponding completion of annual human budget, post preparation and setting, job description sorting, etc.;
3. According to the recruitment requirements of BU HQ and the system of the Human Resources Department, complete the recruitment of BU, track and analyze the recruitment situation and give feedback
4. Assisted the business in making training budget, organized and operated internal training, communicated and coordinated external training, developed BU HQ training plan according to annual training plan and supervised its implementation; And evaluation of training effectiveness.
5. Familiar with the HR operation process, according to the particularity of BU business, the improvement and implementation of salary and incentive plan, human cost, rate, human efficiency ratio and other related data analysis;
6. Standardized employee relationship management, organized communication between internal and external departments, handled employee disputes, labor arbitration and other matters;
7. Support BU project work involving HR module content, improve the efficiency and quality of the company's operation management;
8. Output various HR reports for BU business (HR monthly report, hours, training, recruitment, etc.)
9. Fully perform HRBP's duties and obligations, complete HR routine and other temporary tasks assigned by leader.
Qualification requirements:
1. Understand the professional knowledge of HR modules and have professional practical operation;
2. Familiar with HR related laws and regulations;
3. Understand business requirements and solve them efficiently with HR expertise;
4. Strong ability of data analysis and judgment;
5. Use various tools of human resources to timely and effectively improve the operation and management ability of the company organization;
6. English can be working language, have Automotive factory or HQ HRBP working experience is preferred.
