岗位职责：
Local infrastructure support
1、Infrastructure, network and component/services setup/support and configuration
2、Local office/outlet Network Setup/support i.e. Firewall (including firewall rule amendments),
3、Network switches, Wi-Fi, PABX, CCTV, NAS, VMWare (Approx 20 instances, including Hardware)
4、Etc., services lifecycle maintenance and ongoing support.

Remote end user computing support services
1、Endpoint devices including Windows/MAC/Linux, tablets, mobile devices (IOS/Android)
2、And digital monitors.
3、Troubleshooting endpoint device issues
4、AD/O365/PPLML inhouse Application ID unlock/reset
5、PPLML inhouse application/O365 tools configuration
6、Multiple Factor Authentication (MFA) support
7、VPN client setup and install
8、Antivirus setup/scan and remediation
9、Microsoft Office application (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/OneDrive/
10、Sharepoint/Teams etc) support and enquiry
11、Telephony(3CX)
12、Inhouse application issues troubleshooting (Assist)
13、Printers/Copiers and TV/Media Player support


岗位要求：
1，大专以上学历，有3年或以上IT相关工作经验；
2，粤国语标准，英语读写 基础口语；
3，接受轮班轮休制度，做五休二；项目支持时间为8:00-24:00，分3个班次：8:00-16:00/09:00-18:00/15:00-24:00（此班次每天80元的补贴 打车报销）。
