Responsibility:
For any of the HRIS systems (i.e. Workday, SnapLogic, BluePrism, …):
61Configure system, build and create reports and dashboards, create and maintain integrations with other systems, and manage access.
61Act as a consultant providing innovative solutions to the business requirements. Provide advice, support and maintain system related business processes. Design implement and test system changes.
61Deliver essential support and manage system related incidents. Contribute to develop and maintain the knowledge database (symptoms and solutions) to ensure efficient query resolution and facilitate knowledge transfer.
61 Manage system enhancements, upgrades and releases of HRIS system..
61Coordinate with HRIS vendor to troubleshoot system technical issues.
61 Mass upload data changes, as required.
61Propose system and process enhancements to improve HR operations.
Requirement:
61Relevant IT qualification/degree.
61One to two years minimum experience with Workday.
61Experience in SAFe and Agile methodology is a strong plus.
61Flexibility to respond to and prioritize numerous technology requests.
61Coding skills are valuable.
61High quality standards and commitment to continuous improvement.
61Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, teamwork, presentation, and organization skills.
61Previous experience working in HR or an HRIS Service Centre or other customer-oriented environment is beneficial.
61Project management experience is desirable.
61Experience in working within a multi-national organization, a multi-cultural environment and with remote teams.
61Good in English and Japanese.
