服务人员工作要求及说明:
Arrange appointments, itinerary and organize business travels for leader.Provide timely, efficient administration work (book tickets, reimbursement, stationery order expressdelivery, and equipment maintenance etc.);
, Organize meetings and special events including meeting lunch, team buildings and outings etc.
, Proactively and effectively communicating with diferent departments to smoothly coordinate staff needs.
Other tasks assigned by leader.

Basic Qualifications:
1 vears of experlence working at an administrative assistant and/or executive assistant levePreferred Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills:Demonstrated ability to be proactive, exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with excellent multi-tasking skills
