【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历,全英工作环境,有海外工作经验者优先;
2. 至少三年以上升学指导领导相关工作经验;
3. 熟练使用office等办公软件,具有较强的计算机应用能力;
4. 优秀的沟通和协调能力,具有国际化和多元化视野,有很强的适应能力和灵活解决问题的能力;
5. 能独立工作,并具有良好的团队合作能力;
6. 有很强的条理性和规划性,对数据采集、分析、管理开展精准有效的工作。
Job Responsibilities:
1.Oversee and guide the entire process of student overseas college applications, providing comprehensive and professional information and planning services for students and parents.
2.Ensure timely progress on students' college applications, coordinating with multiple parties and maintaining effective communication with students and parents, offering complete, professional, and effective guidance before, during, and after the application process.
3.Establish a tracking and counseling system for students' college plans and create personalized college application profiles for students.
4.Develop courses and lectures on U.S. and U.K. college admissions, helping students understand basic research and application methods, and foster the correct approach to school selection to improve student engagement in the process and ensure positive application outcomes.
5.Line-manage the College Counselling team members.
6.Participate periodically in marketing activities, event planning, project promotion, and lectures to expand resources and provide additional channels for students and parents to learn about the college application process.
7.Provide consultation and guidance for students and parents regarding study abroad, addressing questions about specific academic programs, and effectively monitor and manage the application process to ensure all tasks are completed smoothly and on time.
8.Lead the development of the college counseling team, organizing regular training on study abroad-related topics to improve professional skills.
9.Perform other tasks assigned by the Vice Principal of Academics and the school.
