We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fabric Technologist to join our dynamic sourcing and development team. The ideal candidate will manage all technical aspects of fabric development, sourcing, testing, and compliance uploads, ensuring all fabrics meet company and customer quality standards. Fluency in English and proven fabric sourcing capability are essential. Manage fabric development from concept to production, ensuring fabrics meet design and performance expectations. Source and develop fabrics from approved mills and new suppliers as necessary, ensuring sustainability and compliance requirements are met.Coordinate and manage fabric testing (base and bulk tests) Analyse and troubleshoot test results, providing solutions where fabrics fail to meet requirements.Communicate effectively in English with cross-functional teams, mills, and customers.Support new supplier onboarding and ensure all necessary supplier documentation is complete.
