1、负责PCR产品结构设计、轮廓设计； 2、负责新产品的开发，按照项目管理里程碑管理项目进度直至产品量产； 3、负责新产品设计评审，包括结构设计、仿真、风险分析、试制报告、测试计划、设计变更等。 4、参与新技术研究，如新结构、新材料。与材料和工业化团队一起定义和验证新技术。 5、负责市场投诉分析，提出改进计划并进行产品改进。 6、完成领导安排的其他工作。 1、负责公司半钢轮胎产品花纹设计开发； 2、模具（花纹、轮廓）设计、施工设计； 3、产品质量改进提升（包括产品设计质量和过程控制质量），客户反馈问题的改进提升与验证； 4、负责进行产品性能验证。 1.Responsible for the technical development and solution of the company's OE supporting projects to meet the requirement of clients. 负责公司OE配套项目技术开发和方案制定，达到客户指标要求； 2.Handle the ongoing affairs in the field of OE technical. 负责OE技术领域日常事务处理； 3.Deliver samples smoothly according to the schedule requirements of clients. 按照客户节点要求顺利送样。
