职位描述
Responsible for collecting and consolidating sales forecast from sales team monthly. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting purchase plan based on sales forecast and sales records to ensure a reasonable inventory level. Responsible for procurement operation for key products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collect and consolidate sales forecast from sales team, assist to improve forecast accuracy.
2. Provide visualized report to facilitate sales/ procurement operation team to do analysis and deciding the purchase plan.
3. Communicate with sales. Fulfil sales demand, provide more accurate forecast to supplier factories.
4. Monitor Monthly FA is on track. Be responsible for timely and accurate planning report.
5. Be responsible for related Master Data maintenance application.
6. Assist Supply Chain Manager to do process optimization, using automatic tool and other system methods.
7. Other work assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Familiar with international trade process.
2. Self-starting individual, ability to set priorities, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, proactive, team player. Have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to bear hardships and stand hard work.
3. Excellent written and verbal communications skill, good communication and coordination skills. Fluent English, both verbal and written, excellent computer skills (MS excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
4. A strong sense of professional integrity.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in English, trading, business or other related fields is preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years work experience, work experience on machinery import
