Responsibilities: Responsible for system objectives, planning and implementing related tests of thermal management circuit heat exchangers. Define, organize and conduct the activities and tasks around the component’s specification, design and validation. Responsible for the matching development heat exchanger in thermal system, and support production import. Develop test plans for durability, sealing, vibration, and thermal performance. Monitor testing processes, analyze data, and ensure compliance with performance targets. Monitor the progress of Components development for each loop, in line with the project schedule. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of technical documents related to the developed parts (deliverables). Responsible for finding the appropriate VAVE solution for the developed parts to meet the target requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering At least 3-5 years’ experience engaged in automotive heat exchanger development English can be as the working language Resilient under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill and teamwork
