-Be at the forefront of developing media strategy for Xiaomi Global business - connect media instruments with marketing goal
-Work with agency to fulfill regional media activities evaluation and management
-Capability and needs working from media agency briefing to execution media spots, setting the goals, control, results evaluation
-Actively seek ways to implement new tools - be responsible for involving new vendors or tools into media planning
-Prepare Digital reports (SMM, SEM, Web performance, etc), provide learnings and recommendations on actions.
-Analyze and provide input to local post-campaign reports
-Prepare new analytical reports per regional needs.
-Best-practices sharing across the team
-Run media trainings and workshops
-Support marketing teams with expertise in Media and Digital
职位要求:
-University degree, Marketing/advertising is a plus
-At least 8 years’ experience in Media/media agencies working with tech brands is a plus, 3 years brand side role planning and across team work experience is a plus, oversea experiences is a plus
-Fluent English written and speaking
-Solid understanding marketing capabilities including digital analytical skills, familiar with digital tools such Google analytics, Similar Web etc. is a plus.
