工作内容： SMT (PCBA) System/FATP 1. RMA handling, test report writing 2. Monitor system test performance and manage defect analysis 3. Conduct failure analysis and repairs for products such as motherboards, GPU computing cards, and servers. 4. Analyze customer complaint issues and provide detailed solutions. 5. Perform root cause analysis on defects, deliver feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports. 6. Input design improvement, customer feedback to engineering for product, service continuous improvement to enhance company product lines also to achieve customer satisfaction. 7. Consult with engineering and cross-functional collaboration to resolve product issues to achieve customer satisfaction 8. Performs other related duties as assigned. 招募要求： 大学/本科以上学历，Toeic:500分以上，5年以上相关工作经验 o Experience with SQE management. o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Solid knowledge of failure analysis techniques and tools. o Experience in handling electronic products or related hardware is a plus. o Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills. o Familiar with SMT processes. o Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills. o Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
