工作职责/Job Responsibility
1. Define business based TA and sourcing strategies
2. Explore and define recruitment process and channels to deliver excellent customer service and talent needs
3. Decide and implements the social media TA strategies
4. Integrate customer feedback into assessing and improving the TA infrastructure
5. Develop instruments in executing TA strategy, projects and initiatives tailored to global, regional requirements
6. Lead interview and screen candidate with proper delivering company message and brand value to formulate positive candidate experience
7. TA partner to business leader and HR BP team
8. Set-up and maintain good relationship with campus
9. Manage internal talent related project such as trainee etc. as HR coordinator
10. Assist HR dept. in all special HR projects
11. Other task assigned by supervisor
工作要求/Job Requirement
1. Education:
bachelor and above
2. Working Experience:
>=10 years in HR TA experience in machinery industry or pharmaceutical industry
3. Knowledge/Skills/Training:
