1.Work with the regions, functions, Products, and digital delivery functions, including iwpb IT and other technology stakeholders. 2.Responsible for delivery, ownership, and execution of the workflow roadmap for the IWPB across Value Streams, including owning the long-term vision and regional adoption and deliver the benefits associated. 3.Drive execution of transformation for workflows as measured through delivery against agreed Objectives and Key Results. 4.Be accountable and responsible for creating components that are cost-effective in their production, are supportable in their use, align to wider micro-service strategy, and are reusable across IWPB, simplifying the overall tech stack and ensuring cost saves are realised through demise of legacy technology. 5.Be responsible and accountable for the digital design and delivery across workflows for Value Streams, extending to customer experience. Identify optimization opportunities to inform future digital transformation priorities. 6.Work with Transformation and Digital teams, ensuring close cooperation to ensure IT and Product can focus on delivery rather than program management. 7.Manage both internal and external Technology suppliers and other key stakeholders across IWPB, RMs, FCC, Business Services, Operational Risk, and Audit to deliver required outcomes. 1.Understanding of HSBC Group structures, values, behaviours, processes, and objectives; including understanding of the IWPB businesses. 2.Strong understanding of end-to-end customer journeys; knowledge of the changing regulatory environment especially in the financial services sector. 3.Strong strategic planning and execution skills, including business case development and benefits realization. 4.Proven experience of creating content for, and presenting at, executive-level meetings. 5.Strong analytical and facilitation skills to ensure business needs and effective solutions can be quickly and clearly defined into user stories. 6.Detailed and demonstrable knowledge of developing and managing epics
