职位描述
- Provide technical support to customers, including on-site visits, to ensure the successful integration of SiC
bare die products into customers‘ applications
- Develop and deliver training materials, demonstrations, and application notes to customers and internal
teams
- Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations for the optimal use of SiC bare die in their
specific applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SiC bare die products, including common failure modes
and application challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SiC technology and industry trends to provide cutting-edge
solutions to customers.
- Support the customer project PPAP process.
- Setup good relationship with key customer technical team
- Closely working with PRM for new customer request, market trend, competitor information collection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with global teams.
- Willingness to travel as required
职位要求:
- Major in Electronic Engineering, Automation Vehicle Engineering.
- Strong understanding of SiC bare die electrical properties, including switching characteristics, thermal behavior, and reliability.
- Familiarity with SiC chip manufacturing processes, including front-end and back-end processes.
- Knowledge of SiC chip applications, particularly in high-power and high-voltage environments, such as electric vehicle inverters, DC-DC converters.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment for testing and analysis
