工作目的:
作为市场营销负责人,该职位需负责制定、执行并管理品牌高效的市场营销与传播策略,通过深入了解不同渠道的运营模式,助力打造成功的商业战略。同时,该角色还涵盖内容渠道(如抖音/得物等)的业务拓展与管理。
岗位职责:
1-提供全面的品牌指导,确保为消费者打造独特且高端的体验。该指导内容应涵盖从高层级的品牌战略(即“我们是谁”“我们希望走向何方”“我们希望向消费者呈现何种形象”),到多渠道的品牌及社交内容制作、品牌视觉呈现规范,甚至包括门店员工与消费者的沟通方式。
2-确保具体的CRM和活动运营落地:国家地理(NatGeo)拥有众多内容、探险家资源和教育活动。利用这些资源作为关键驱动力,通过持续举办多样化的线下活动以及开发可通过CRM兑换的激励措施,提高消费者的品牌忠诚度。
3-保障整合营销工作,以推动业务目标的实现并增加消费者资产。
4-定义并建立一个多层次的品牌代言人矩阵,涵盖明星(包括国家地理探险家)到KOL,并制作丰富且有趣的内容和主题,以促进消费者与品牌之间的持续互动。
5-探寻与国家地理(NatGeo)产品开展潜在合作的机会(涵盖设计师、艺术家、品牌及知识产权合作方),以丰富产品阵容,并打造更多国家地理产品可融入的生活方式场景。
6-推动电商平台销售增长,尤其是在高度依赖内容与营销的渠道,包括抖音、小红书、得物等。
7-建立能够吸引人才并促使他们愿意与我们合作、共同成长的品牌文化。

1-拥有超过 15 年的服装相关行业营销管理经验。
2-能够制定清晰的战略,并制定具有挑战性的步骤,以明确加速实现组织的战略目标。
3-具备出色的沟通能力,能够影响并吸引内部及外部客户/利益相关者。
4-在全球时尚领域拥有丰富的经验和深刻的见解。
5-能够果断地做出高质量决策,即使是在缺乏完整信息或面临不确定性的情况下也是如此。
6-对时尚充满热情,具有创新精神,能够在快节奏的环境中带来新的工作方式。
7-自我驱动且坚韧不拔,通过影响思维和行为来领导团队。
8-英语技能(会读写者)为佳。
Job Purpose:
As Commercial director, the role is to formulate, execute, and manage the effective marketing and communication strategies of the brand, making successful business strategy by understanding the different channels operation. As well as covering the business of content channels, eg Douyin/Dewu, etc.
Responsibilities:
1-Deliver overall branding guidance to ensure the unique yet premium consumer experiences. The deliverable should cover from high-level branding strategy (i.e. who we are, where we want to go, what image do we want to present to consumers), branding and social content production on multiple channels, visual guidance of the brand, and even the way the store staff would talk to consumers
2-Ensure concrete CRM and event operations: NatGeo has many content, explorers, and educational events. Using these resources as the key drivers to increase the brand loyalty from consumer by offering on-going yet diverse offline events and developing incentives redeemed via CRM
3-Safeguard integrated marketing efforts to drive business target and increase consumer assets
4-Define and establish a multi-layer brand spokesman matrix from celebrities (including NatGeo explorers) to local KOLs, and produce rich and interesting content and topics that allow constant interactions between consumers and the brand
5-Look out for potential collaborations (designers, artists, brands, and IPs) with NatGeo products to enrich product offerings and create more lifestyle scenarios where NatGeo products could be part of
6-Drive sales on EC platforms, especially on channels which will heavily rely on content and marketing, including Douyin, Redbook, DEWU.
7-Develop the brand culture that will be the reason why talents would want to work with and grow with NatGeo.
Core Competencies required:
1-More than 15 years in marketing management experience in apparel related industry.
2-Formulate clear strategies and formulate challenging steps that can clearly accelerate the realization of the organization's strategic objectives.
3-Strong communication skill, to influence and engage internal and external customers/stakeholders.
4-Extended know-how and insight in global fashion.
5-Decisively make high-quality decisions, even based on incomplete information or facing uncertainty.
6-Passion for fashion, with innovation spirit to bring new working way under the fast-pace environment.
7-Self-driven and being resilient, leads through influencing mindsets and behaviors.
8-Good English language skills are preferred.
