Responsibilities:
1、Drafting Contracts,amendment requests authorization letters, etc.
2、ldentify and resolve contract issues; perform analysis and make
recommendations for issue resolution; provide appropriate, timely
escalation of issues.
3、Participate in system and process improvement projects
4、Participate in meetings and calls with Licensing, Finance, Legal and
licensees.
5、Perform other administrative department functions as necessary.
6、Reviews deal points (contract business terms) with Licensing, Finance,
and Lega determine course of action to resolve including referring the issues
to management,Legal, Finance, or Licensing.
