Position Summary:
The purpose is to have an experienced marketing team member to work with Sr. Manager, Consumer Journey and to organize a strong digital marketing team. This team will define and build a consistent digital strategy, direction and capabilities. This role will focus on providing engaging brand experience to target audiences across official digital/social touch points, be responsible for digital campaign planning and execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Support line manager to build end-to-end digital campaigns (social media, paid ads) to drive brand awareness and conversions. Collaborating with PR, event, CRM functions to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
• Optimize media mix (programmatic, close-loop marketing) for maximum ROI.
• Deliver campaign/monthly/quarterly reports, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and pilot new media strategies to drive media innovation
• Monitor and optimize Red brand search performance to ensure top visibility. Work with vendor to improve keyword rankings and paid search efficiency.
• Develop UGC-driven campaigns align with seasonal brand campaign concept (e.g., hashtag challenges, influencer collaborations) to boost engagement.
• Closely with EC to drive Tmall/Douyin IP campaigns to boost online sales.
