JOB SUMMARY / ACCOUNTABILITY:
Provide administrative support to general HR functions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
61 Recruitment:
84 Provide recruitment service in screening applications and arranging interviews.
84 Conduct recruitment selection interviews and provide evaluation comments.
84 Work with team leader to understand the hiring needs.
84 Follow up with recruitment agencies, advertising companies and labour department to facilitate the hiring process.
84 Coordinate with academic institutes to arrange job exhibitions.
84 Maintain an updated agency expenses, advertising expenses, and staff referral expenses report.
84 Follow up the Staff Movement Forms – SAR.
84 Remind team leader of the expiry of free agency period if necessary.
61 Hiring / on-board arrangement:
84 Follow-up new join formalities and prepare employment contract and related documentation.
84 Follow-up seating arrangement and other set up for the new staff.
84 Coordinate with ADM to update the seating plan.
84 Check the accuracy of the new join staff system data and personal file.
84 Conduct HR talk with new join staff (G grade)
