职位描述
Task:
1. Define Online Customer Franchise Store business strategy and lead annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) incl. sales fundamentals improvement plan
2. Manage relationship incl. trade terms with key accounts from HQ to cluster level
3. Optimize customer trade spending including leveraging big (shopper) data
4. Obtain on-going disproportionate customer resource support
5. Build and lead CFS cluster team and effective coverage model to achieve booth, active store and productivity growth.

Professional Requirements:
1.With CFS or regional sales experience and team leadership experience;
2.Bachelor Degree or above;
3.Team leadership, good communication and cross functional cooperation capability, result driven.
