职位描述
Accountabilities:
1. Price management (PTC, PTR, PTW, Channel)
Consolidate and verify pricing related information from Region-level;
Track new product launch, price increase/change, margin pool, and negative MACO and generate action plan;
Implement price analysis with the help from HQ;
Build price visibility by tracking both ABI and competitor’s price in different regions on a biweekly basis;
Perform an assessment of consumer demand landscape by consumer segment and price point to identify portfolio Gaps and Overlaps .
2.Mix management
3.Commercial plan
Draft and prepare sales strategic plans with inputs from sales management team;
Consolidate and update the commercial plan with multiple functions: RTM, Trade Marketing, KA, etc.
4.Trade investment guidelines gatekeeper (ex. UTC, Promotion)
5.Revenue management (Actual LE)
6.Selective investment management
Qualifications and Technical competencies required:
1.13Education : Bachelor or above, major in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing will be preferred
2.Experience:
1-2 years FMCG/consulting experience in Marketing or PPM
3-5 years working experience
3.Technical competencies (Job related) :
Fluent English in listening and writing;
Good analytical and communication skills to handle complex situation and find out a solution quickly;
Strong sense of business and judgment, good teamwork and strong responsibility;
Willing to stay at this position in this company for long time development;
Understanding of sales in FMCG company, a sales experience would be a plus;
Fast learning and efficient in Microsoft Office(especially PPT
