职位描述
Mission:
The CS Service Engineer is responsible for writting CS requirement, technical document to support about maintenance and service job of field system. Furthermore, the CS SLM engineer is also accountable for quality improvement for installed base.
客户服务工程师负责编写CS需求,技术文档以支持客户现场的系统维护和服务工作,以及客户现场装机系统的质量提升。
Areas of Responsibilities:
--Responsible for the individual work packages, which are defined by CS Project Manager.
完成CS项目经理分派的工作包。
--Responsible for creating, maintaining CS requirement.
编写,维护CS需求。
--Responsible for creating, maintaining and illustrating technical documentations, and review as well.
创建,评审,维护和演示技术指导文档。
--Responsible for the target-oriented management of the installed base as well as the maintenance and further development of Business Area/Line related processes around the installed base.
以目标为导向,管理、维护客户现场装机系统,并不断发展、改进事业部或产品线相关流程。
--Be mandatory member of the BA/BL Project Team or the change control board (PLG, CCB) of the BA/BL.
作为核心成员参与BA/BL的项目组、PLG, CCB.
