YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve sales targets through drug store or end user education.通过药店或终端用户教育实现销售目标。
Establish a sales plan and schedule your activities to implement the sales plan in the field, including developing a visiting agenda to meet these targets.制定销售计划并安排自己的活动以在现场实施销售计划,包括制定拜访议程以确保达成目标。
Monitor and manage pricing among clients.负责监控和管理客户的定价。
Execute product education for drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services during visits to existing and new customers.通过评估客户需求,在拜访现有和新客户时为药店店员提供产品教育,建议合适的产品和服务。
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers while building positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.识别、研究并联系潜在客户,建立积极的关系以产生未来销售和重复业务。

WHO YOU ARE
Education level: Higher than college degree (大专以上文化程度).
No working experience required, but a medical/clinic education background is required.无需工作经历,但需具备医疗/临床教育背景。
Strong leadership, oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and integrity.具备良好的领导能力、口头和书面沟通能力、解决问题的能力以及正直的品格。
At least 2 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry; a clinical/medical education background is preferable.至少两年医药行业工作经验,具有临床/医疗教育背景者优先。
Holding an effective RDPAC certification.持有有效的RDPAC证书。
